The house is situated just off the Kettering road, close to local amenities, walking distance to the park, shops, restaurants and takeaways. Regular bus services and a short walk into town and the bus station

I am flexible with viewings and have an aim to group tenants around the same age. All tenants are full time working professionals and try to find tidy, friendly sociable people.

I carry out reference checks and credit checks.
Guarantors are required, this is in the event you lose your job or become sick and are unable to pay your rent, yourself. Your guarantor (a friend or family member) can on your behalf (only if you are unable) the must be able to show proof of UK homeownership (mortgage statement or land registry)
