The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven with hobs, two fridge-freezers, toaster, washing machine . Each house mate has their own fridge space and a separate kitchen cupboard.

Gas/electric/water/council tax/TV license is inclusive.

Also included is broadband across the whole house and a fortnightly house keeper to do maintenance.
