Lovely double room in central Northampton, opposite St James Park. You wake up to the beautiful green park opposite &we have a quiet home! Single occupancy only please.

I have a room to rent (see pics) - very good size double room - clean and decorated. It contains clean furniture (2 wardrobes, nightstand, chest of drawers, bed, light and chair)!
The house has a communal lounge ( sofa/ tv/ dining table), one bathroom ( bath/ shower/toilet) which is on the ground floor as well as nice kitchen with all the usual mod cons (microwave/washing machine etc). There is a garden (patio) at the back which can be used as well as a double garage - great for bbq's!

All bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi (high speed fibre optic-unlimited) and council tax) included. I have recently lost my cleaner, but am actively seeking a new one.

Would suit quiet, tidy/ clean person to join friendly professional household. PhD students or post grads welcome! Sorry NO undergraduates.

We are very conveniently located-Walking 6min to railway station, 10 min to city centre and bus stops 5minutes away...or driving 10min onto the motorway. There is on road parking outside.
