Both are large double rooms in a friendly house, which is managed by a local professional landlord and is fully licensed and regulated . One room has its own sunroom with its own private access into the rear garden

All bills are included in the rent and there is a professional weekly cleaner for all the shared areas. No hidden fees or charges!

There is a separate comfy lounge with 2 sofas and a TV, and a large well fitted kitchen

Free Super-Fast Virgin Wifi connectivity is also included (500MB)

A private sunny garden has a sheltered area (smoking allowed outside) , a covered area for bicycles and outside seating for enjoying the (occasional) sunny day!

A professional, friendly and respectful housemate is required. Total rent Is £435pcm and £445pcm for the room that has the sunroom. A postgraduate student will also be be welcome.

Although these are large rooms, they are not for a couple, because we don’t want to overcrowd the house.
