When you enquire we will send you a link to fill out some details, these are generally reviewed in the evening and emails are sent out to appropriate people to book a viewing.

Multiple viewings are offered each day. In the event that the room is popular, we will work on a first, appropriate candidate, to message us AFTER the viewing to be offered the room. If they fail to place a holding deposit promptly, we will move on to the next person.

The property is located a one minute walk from Northampton General Hospital and is close to the town centre and public transport routes. There is limited on-street parking available.

All utilities, Council Tax, TV license (for lounge and Kitchen), fibre broadband and weekly cleaner for all communal areas are included.

This property is in a Parking Permit area - currently there are permits available. Fee is payable to WNC.
