I have a spare room available in my 3-bedroom house, which I currently share with my girlfriend and our kitten.
The house has a shared living room and kitchen, as well as a driveway and garage, with a small home gym available to use.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. Ideally, someone of a similar age who is looking for a friendly, relaxed household rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
As this is our home and I’m a live-in landlord, getting along with whoever moves in is important to us. We’ll therefore be arranging viewings so we can meet potential tenants and have a chat before deciding.
