Hello,
I am looking to rent out my spare room which has an ensuite. My house has 4 bedrooms and so you would also have access to an additional bedroom for storage etc and an additional shared bathroom with bath.
The house has parking for one car with garage. There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a lounge area for socialising. My preference would be for someone who would make use of the shared areas and sit downstairs to watch TV, meals etc.
The house is very clean and very quiet.
I am a live in landlord so it would just be the two of us. I work away a lot with work, play rugby, go to the gym and see my girlfriend and so you would be on your own a lot of the time.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move in together from the middle of next year and so this is a relatively short term let - 6 to 8 months or so but happy to negotiate.
