I am a professional female homeowner looking for a clean, respectful and friendly lodger. The house is generally quiet during the week and would suit another working professional.

One important member of the household is Guinness, my very friendly dog! He loves people, attention and playtime, so any potential lodger would need to be a genuine dog lover. (He’s featured in the photos!)
