I have a lovely double bedroom available to rent in my modern new-build home in Northampton, available now.

The room is offered on a 12 month term and unfortunately I’m unable to offer a rolling monthly tenancy after the 6 months.

The room is part furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe and bed side drawers provided, and all bills are included in the monthly rent.

The house is in a great location, with Sixfields less than a 5-minute drive away, as well as easy access to the town centre and motorway links.

The property has a good-sized garden and shared use of the kitchen, lounge, upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC.

I’m a professional female homeowner looking for a clean, respectful and friendly lodger to share my home with. The house is generally quiet during the week and I think it would suit another working professional particularly well.

There is also one very important member of the household, my dog! 🐶 He’s a very friendly, excitable and affectionate dog who absolutely loves people, fuss and attention. He’s a big part of the household, so a genuine dog lover is a must. ❤️ (He makes an appearance in the photos!)

I’m looking for someone who will treat the house as their home while also respecting that it is a shared space.
