Very quiet room to rent in sought-after area

I have a single room to rent in my two-bedroom property. Property is located down a quiet cul-de-sac with off-street parking, very close to a small convenience store, two pubs, Wellingborough station (for trains to London St. Pancras and Leicester/Nottingham), and the town centre and a supermarket within a 20-25 minute walk.
I'm looking for someone who is quiet, clean, tidy and will look after both the room and the shared areas (kitchen, bathroom and the like).
