Double room in shared house

Im offering a large double bedroom to rent in a quiet house share with myself. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws and a built in double wardrobe. The room comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom and driveway. There is a shared lounge and kitchen which are both fully furnished. All bills and broadband included in weekly cost. There is a small miniature schnauzer who also lives in the property with me so you must get on with dogs. I am looking for a professional working female only.
