This is a large double room in a quiet and friendly house. There is a shared living room, a nice kitchen, and a modern bathroom with bath and shower.

The bedroom has a chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a bedside table. There is a large fridge freezer in the room which is available for the successful applicant to use. (Alternatively it can be taken out of the room, if preferred).

The current photos do not show a bed in the room. I will have a discussion with the successful applicant about whether he/she wants a single or double bed installed. Both are in stock, ready to be fitted.

Please note that the room is for single occupation only.

The Rent is £500 per month . This includes central heating , electricity, cooking, use of washing machine, hot water, internet, water and sewerage charges, and council tax.
The security deposit is £300.

Applicants should be in full-time employment. Satisfactory references will be required from current landlords and from employers.
