DEPOSIT & REFERENCING 🔍
The holding deposit for all the room is £100. This is the commitment we ask of you to take the room off the market, to ensure you get the room you want and start the process of referencing. The holding deposit forms part of the actual deposit of £400 due if you pass referencing.

All our housemates have to be referenced, it is how we make sure we get the right people in the house. This is done all remotely and online through a company called Vouch. It is quick and simple and usually takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker. We won't be able to move you in before this is done.

The property is in the heart of Wellingborough with the high street and town centre only a short walk away! There is a Tesco express just 150m away . You will also find a LIDL, Sainsbury's and Tesco Extra a short drive away. Rushden Lakes is also close by where you can shop till your heart's content and go for a nice stroll around the lakes.

There are easy transport links to the whole of Northamptonshire with the A45 close by. Wellingborough Train Station is a 15 minute walk away where there are regular trains to London to the South and Birmingham to the North.
