Rent half house with 1 female tenant

Beautiful clean and quiet house in a good location. I'm renting it and looking to share. House has: parking, a very big well looked after private garden, large rooms, 2 separate bathrooms with showers, shared living room and an office.

I am a non smoking professional person who works long hours, very clean, love cooking and have a friendly attitude. Looking to share with someone clean and respectful, also a professional person.

Bills are not included as I don't want people to run them up but having said that even during energy crisis the bills were never over £100 monthly (in the summer electric has been £65, halved). Broadband is £22 (halved) and water £15 per month. All included it's the same price as renting a room but you get much more for it- privacy, quietness, cleanliness, a spare room for office, and space to feel like you live in a home not a house 😊
