I am looking for a professional who is tidy, quiet and respectful to join a property with 3 other professionals, 1 female 2 male. Letter of employment/contract or payslip required.

The property is within walking distance to Park Farm. The surrounding area has a lot of Green Spaces and is not far away from local shops and amenities. Rushden Lakes is aprox. 15 mins by car. Wellingborough Train Station, with trains to London is around 15 mins by car and Northampton around 20 mins. There is a medical centre within a 10 min walk, along with a Co-op, take-away, pharmacy and fish and chips.

You will have access to shared appliances which include fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob.
