Furnished cosy double room available in a 3 bed house on a nice, quiet street - 5 mins walk from train station, 3 mins walk to Castlefield park and 10 mins walk to the centre.

The room has a small double size bed, a bedside table, desk with lamp, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedding can be provided if needed.

Window is south facing so you'll get plenty of natural light.

Sharing bathroom with one other (and myself rarely when I'm back at the house on some weekends). We're all friendly, respectful and clean people - looking for someone similar.

Shared downstairs living space which I'm currently refurnishing to make it feel a bit more homely - some new furniture, rug, new tv etc. to be sorted shortly.

Room is £600 per month which includes all bills. Moving in date can be anytime from 22nd November onwards.

Sorry no pets. Single occupancy only.

A previous landlord and/or work reference would be much appreciated. Rolling 1 month lodger contract to be signed by us both before moving in.
