Recently redecorated room with new carpet and furniture.
Both myself and other tenant are friendly, quiet, respectful and clean people. Looking for someone who is similar. Peaceful house to live in.
Your room has a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and lamp. A set of bedding will be provided. Shared bathroom (with just myself, other room is ensuite) and kitchen, downstairs just has essential furniture in for now (sofa, dining table) while I decorate it fully.
Room is £600 per month which includes council tax and all other bills. Start date can be anytime from 20th December onwards.
