Recently redecorated room with new carpet and furniture.
Myself and other tenants are friendly, respectful and clean people. Looking for someone who is similar. Peaceful house to live in and we treat the place with care.
Your room has a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and lamp. A set of bedding can be provided if needed. Shared bathroom with just one other (and rarely myself when I’m back on weekends). A comfortable shared space downstairs with dining table, sofa and big tv.
Room is £600 per month which includes council tax and all other bills. Start date can be anytime from 20th December onwards.
