Small double in a cosy and welcoming home

I am looking for a clean and tidy person (ideally a professional or student female or a single mother and child) to stay in our cosy and welcoming home.

1 small double room available in a single parent professional sharing house. The room is furnished with a double bed & mattress, bedside table, small chest of drawers and standing mirror. The kitchen comes with fridge/ freezer, washing machine/ cooker/ microwave. kettle/ toaster/ cooking utensils & crockery. The bathroom comes with a bath/ electric shower. You would have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room and the back garden.

The charge per room includes Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water Rates & Superfast broadband and this is £435 per calendar month
