House is an end of terrace victorian build on a nice, quiet road leading to some allotments and the Irchester Country Park. New carpets, a new boiler, and a new bathroom have recently been fitted. The room itself is bright and airy. It's partially furnished with a double bed, mattress, and wardrobe, there is also space for a possible small desk and set of drawers.

I currently live here on my own. I'm friendly, tidy and like to keep the house clean. Looking for someone who is similar.
