I’m looking for a friendly person to rent a spacious well furnished room. Room comes fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The property is fully equipped and ideal for a couple looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment. All bills are included and price is £150 more for couples. The lodger has thier own bathroom and toilet. I live with my sim and we are easy going. I am looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, tidy environment and can be a considerate housemate.
