Room in new build apartment

Hello! My names Fia, im 24 and my current room mate is moving out so im looking for a replacement. The apartment is a new build, not even one year old yet in a safe connected location. There are two car parks which you can always get a space in with cctv.

My current room mate is taking their bed with them so you will either have to bring a bed with you or I may be able to source one for you! You will have access to your own private bathroom which is the main bathroom as my room has the en-suite. The room does have a build in wardrobe with shelving.

All bills and WiFi are included, there’s integrated washing machine, dishwasher and all cooking appliances. I have all cookware and pots pans plates etc which you are able to use but must be cleaned after use as we will be sharing them

I’m an easy going chilled out person, I like things to stay clean and tidy and I’m also sociable but like my own time and space also.

I have Netflix and Disney which you can add a profile too.

I’d prefer someone long term however I’ve set the minimum to six months any questions please drop me a message!
