Double room with ensuite

A detached 4 bed new build house in a quite safe area. All built in kitchen appliances and 4 bathrooms. A fully landscaped garden and very close to local amenities and 5 mins from the train station (by car).
A Mon-Fri stay would suit me better and price will be adjusted to suit.
The tenant is to be clean, tidy, highly professional, respectful and courteous of the property and to others.
I am looking for someone who is in full time work and not working from home.
I do run a quiet/clean house and it would just be sharing with myself.
At this time I can only offer 6 months but possibly longer can be discussed.
