King Room Mon–Fri | Stanton Cross, Wellingborough

We’re a friendly professional couple renting out a king room in our modern 4 bed home in Stanton Cross, Wellingborough on a Monday to Friday basis.

It’s just the two of us living here, so the house is generally quiet, clean and well looked after. The room would suit someone working locally or commuting to London during the week. We’re around a 15 minute walk from Wellingborough station, with trains into central London in around 55 minutes.

The room is a good size and comes fully furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, plus a desk with a smart TV.

You’ll have access to the whole house including the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, fridge freezer and your own cupboard space, a downstairs toilet, and a utility room with washing machine and microwave. There’s also a garden, off road parking and garage access if needed.

The bathroom is right next to your room and will be for your sole use, so although it’s not officially en suite it feels like it.

A bit about us, we both work professionally and split our time between London and working from home. We’re easy going, tidy and keep things fairly relaxed during the week.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with.
