I have for rent a spacious double room for single occupancy in friendly, quiet, 3 bedroom house. The room is furnished and has fast broadband. It is within easy walking distance to the town centre and with easy access to main routes. The room is downstairs with access to the garden.
I require a clean, respectful, working person who would enjoy and fit in with a peaceful environment.
