This large room stretches the length of the ground floor, perfect for a couple, or someone who just wants lots of space.
It will easily fit a double bed and a sofa.
There is also a toilet & shower room for your personal use, as the other housemates share a bathroom on the first floor.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are shared between all housemates.
There is a washing machine for everyone to use and broadband is available.
Smoking is only permitted outside and no pets please.
Council tax, water & broadband are included in the rent price, and all other bills are paid equally by the tennants.
This is a fairly laidback household, we enjoy spending time with each other but there is also plenty of privacy and we are very respectful of one another.
