Single Room Only - short lets considered

Small but freshly decorated and nicely furnished single room. The house has 3 other people one of which is the resident landlord. The current occupants are quiet and respectful. We have a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble drier.

This would suit a working professional as the Landlord is at home all day. Probably someone who wants a quiet space to put their head down at the end of the day.

Please note, short lets of a minimum of 1 week will be considered at £25 per night. Bedding can be provided for this. ID Docs and the right to rent in the UK will be checked.

The property is within walking distance of Wellingborough train station which has access to London, St Pancras in under an hour. You can also walk to the town centre where there is an Aldi, and Tesco Express. There is on street parking with no restrictions. All this, and yet within a 5 minute drive, you can be in the open Northamptonshire Countryside where there is ample fishing, and all manner of outdoor pursuits to enjoy. With the Rushden lake development being less than a 15 minute drive, with excellent shopping facilities; with big stores such as House of Fraser, Primark, Schuh, Primark and many more. Peterborough and Corby are both around a 30 minute drive. Northampton the same. Kettering is around 20 minutes. Then there are all the beautiful Northamptonshire villages with lovely country pubs.

PLEASE NOTE: Long-term contracts (over 3 months) will require a £200 deposit.
