A £50 holding deposit is payable by the applicant to secure the room. This deposit will be deducted from the first months rent if the application is successful.
The first months rent is payable in advance and a £200 deposit per person, this deposit will be held for the duration of the tenancy.
There will be an extra room charge if couple apply.
