A double room and a single room are available in our contemporary and stylish house share located less than a 10 minutes walk to the Town Centre with plenty of on street parking.
Both room have there own En-suites .

There is a communal area for shared living and a large kitchen with double sinks, double ovens, double hobs and 2 large fridge freezers. The house has a washing machine and separate dryer free to use for all tenants.

All bills are included in the rent, including broadband and a fortnightly communal cleaner.

To move in, 2 weeks rent is required for your deposit and a month rent in advance. There is a one off £35 payment for credit check and deposit scheme payments.
