We are looking for a clean and tidy person to stay in our very nice double room, for one. It is ideally situated for the A509 and the A45 motorway and just 1 mile to the local Sainsbury Superstore, within a few minutes walk you can be at the local Tesco Express and in an easy 15 mins drive be at Wellingborough Train Station - making it 1 hour and 5 mins to London, St Pancras. It is also very convenient for the Park Farm Industrial area and so within an easy walk if you happen to work there.
The property is in a quiet location and has been renovated to a good standard with reliable heating and hot water. The rooms are well equipped with furniture. All bills are included as is unlimited high speed WIFI. You will have the use of a cosy lounge area where you can relax after a hard days work if you wish. Also, you would have the opportunity to rent a garage from the local council for an extra sum of around £8.50 per week. Although, there will be a waiting list. This would not be organised through me, but this would be something that you would be able to set up via Greatwell Homes.
There is ample storage in the kitchen - with two fridge freezers, a microwave, an oven and a gas hob. Don't feel like cooking? No worries, there are a number of take-aways within 0.5 miles and a whole host of restaurants that deliver to the door.
The patio garden is a good size and paved and sunny (when the sun shines) and ideal for those summer BBQ's. The garden has a picnic table and BBQ provided.
There is plenty of free parking, and the neighbours are quiet.
The room will be available from 15th January 2023.
What will you need to pay?
Just one month's rent and £200 deposit.
