There is a large shared lounge with seating for 8 people and a balcony overlooking the peaceful courtyard.

The double bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The second double has a double bed , single wardrobe , chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables.

The is a large kitchen diner on the ground floor which can comfortably seat 10, with Range master oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Marcus and Vicki are friendly :-) and helpful live out landlords who manage the property themselves. Marcus has been part of the national residential landlords association for the last 15 years.

We have a Whatsapp group for the house to post any messages to the household and landlords.

The communal areas of the house will be cleaned weekly as part of the tenancy agreement.

There is ample parking in front of the main doors to the property and visitor parking at the end of the road.
