All bedding and towels, individual bath mats are supplied and laundered weekly.
The kitchen is well equipped if you enjoy cooking and supermarkets are in the doorstep
Smoking must be done outside, if you are a smoker. No alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
The bed is a double and the room Is luxuriously furnished with a wall mounted smart television, Netflix, prime TV etc and super fast broadband too. There is a bathroom with power shower, adjacent to your room.
Shared use of the kitchen /lounge and all utensils provided, as is a dishwasher.
Ideally this would suit a professional / contractor/ mature student who travels away home at the weekend as it is a strictly MONDAY TO FRIDAY let only.
There is a cleaner once a week and no pets at the house.
