Bright double room in home on the seafront

I have a room available to rent in my home, in Newbiggin by the sea. Seafront location and really quiet. Perfect for a morning dip in the bay with a sauna available on the beach, right in front of the house. There is also a 3rd single room, which I would be happy for the lodger to use for guests/friends staying over.
Advertised as a long term let but also available as a short term, (weekends and short stay holidays) at a fee of £100 per night. (Could accommodate upto 5 people short term)
I’m open to pets but would consider this at the time.
Off street parking available.
I work away from home, travel frequently and spend much of my off time with my girlfriend in Edinburgh, so you would have sole occupancy for at least 3 weeks in every month.
Im open minded and liberal, love the outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, camping. So it would be nice to have someone who suits the vibe.
It really is a lovely home so would like to have it lived in some more.
It’s a 20 minute cycle to Ashington train station for traveling into Newcastle City Centre and a 30-45 minute drive into the city.
