Lovely double room available end terrace

I have a lovely room available in my two bed end terrace house. Downstairs, there are two communal rooms with a big open plan kitchen.

I am tidy, friendly and would like to be friends with the person who I live with but am happy keeping to myself as well. I also own a small well behaved cockapoo who is no trouble and won't get in the way.

There is a small garden and access to a secure locked double shed at the bottom of the garage which works well as bike storage with an easy access path to the road.

The house would work well for anyone working at the university or hospitals. My past tenants have both been health care professionals working on shifts so I am used to being quiet in the days when housemates are sleeping / being flexible around shift patterns.
