It is also ideally located for the A52 and M1. 20 minutes to Derby City centre and 20 to Nottingham City Centre.
We are looking for a professional person who is clean, tidy and respectful of the accommodation on offer. We are two working professionals in our 30s that have lived in the area for over 5 years so are happy to share any insights on the local community and area. There is also a small hypoallergenic dog.
