We are in a quiet tree lined street with easy parking and 5 mins walk to tram/ buses to Nottingham Uni and city. Rail 15 min walk.
Beeston is good community based area with plenty going on.
The double room is comfortable and well furnished. The room can be furnished and arranged as you want it.
The shower room is right next to the double room and is shared with one person.
There is plenty of individual storage and cupboard space.
We are looking for someone who is studying or professional, who is considerate.
We enjoy sharing with others – it makes life more interesting. Renters here tend to stay and have even returned to us.
