My name is Joe Lee, I am a 27 year old Engineer working for Rolls-Royce over in Derby. I have been living in this house since Spring 2026 and have enjoyed getting the house set up throughout the summer to the point where I can let my spare room out. I am often away at the weekends visiting my partner in London, so you will have free weekends with the house to yourself now and again. I love music, with my vinyl record player in the Kitchen and my electric piano (which comes with headphones, so no annoying playing in the evening). I am a big fan of both playing and watching football, and enjoy the F1. I’m pretty extroverted and outgoing, and enjoy socialising with other people and hosting people.

### What am I looking for in a roommate?

Because you’d be moving in to the shared living space, it’s important that we get along. I’m quite an easy-going guy but there are some things I want to avoid bringing into my home. My ideal roommate would be a 21-39 year old professional or mature student who is reasonably clean and tidy (although I am not certainly not a clean-freak). I have to be up promptly in the morning monday-friday to get to work so I won't appreciate someone coming back late making noise in the weekday. Although I respect everyone’s privacy and mood and don’t expect to be attached at the hip, in general I’m looking for a flatmate who I can get on with, have a chat in the kitchen and maybe down to watch some TV in the evening.
