I am relocating from Nottingham and looking for someone new to occupy my room.

This is a spacious room which includes

Plenty of shelving and storage areas

You will be sharing the house with 3 other female working professionals. The house comes with 4 en-suites and the room is on the first floor. The communal ares include a large kitchen with cupboards, plenty of surface space and a dining table, and a separate living room with a seating area and a TV.

The rent is only £370 per month (we have a landlord that has thankfully not increased prices in years!) and the we sort our own bills out which come to about to £100-120 each per month, depending on usage. Please note, the house is rented as a whole and not on a room basis, so you need to be happy with a joint contract.

The house is located in a convenient area and it’s within walking distance to Beeston high street, big supermarkets and Arc cinema. It is also a 5 min walk to Beeston train station, has a skylink bus stop right outside for easy access to the city centre and East Midlands airport and the tram is less than 10 mins away. Plenty of free onstreet parking if you drive.

The current housemates are in their mid-20s and you will be in great company if you are looking for someone to occasionally socialise with, especially during cozy evenings in front of the telly! Equally they can respect your space and privacy. They are all quite active and live busy lives so are looking for someone friendly and easygoing who will create a pleasant living environment, as well as someone clean and tidy who would be willing to take on their fair share of house upkeep.

The room is available from 1st December but exact move in date can be negotiated to slightly later date if needed.
