The rent is £490.00 per month, and we will require a deposit of £500.00, which will be protected by My Deposits and refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to any rightful deduction.
Tenancies are monthly periodic and can be ended by the tenant giving one month's notice expiring on a rent due day. We are looking for tenants wanting to stay at least six months, and preferably longer.

PAYMENTS OTHER THAN RENT
