Double room, 2.5 bedroom house, near uni/m1

Photos from last time rented, need updating.

Laid back live in landlord looking for tenant to share 2.5 bedroom house. Good sized, relatively new kitchen and new bathroom.

Couples welcome. Will be sharing house with one other person (me, 37 year old guy). I do WFH most of the time.

Pets welcome provided they are well behaved/won't trash the place. Dog's preferred.

Smoking allowed downstairs/non carpeted areas so that the house doesn't smell of smoke.

Fibre broadband included

Good sized garden with decent outdoor storage.

It's on a fairly quiet street with a primary school, so in a nice quiet area. It backs onto the school so the house is pretty secure.

I have a cleaner come every fortnight and a dishwasher in the kitchen, so there shouldn't be tension about cleaning up.

10 mins drive to the m1 or city centre and 10 min walk to Beeston or the university.

At some point I plan on getting the front converted into a driveway and having a new bathroom fitted. Time being the major obstacle.

About me:

I'm 37 and have my own business run from the house. I play hockey and do archery at the weekends. Between work and hobbies I am out and away fairly often.

I also enjoy chilling out, going out. Fairly active. I'm pretty into any scifi or history based shows and films atm.
