The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The house has off-road parking, a large garden, and comfortable shared living spaces. It’s in a convenient location, just a one-minute walk from the co-op, bus stop, cash point, convenience stores, cafe, and takeaway. Sainsbury’s and Calverton Centre are around 7 minutes away on foot. Good transport links to Nottingham with easy access to City Hospital and QMC.

About public areas, the kitchen comes with all equipment, a large fridge freezer with space for your own shelves. Most kitchen items are available to use, including butter, milk and bread. Laundry detergent, washing up liquids and towels are free to use.
The living room has a dining set and a large TV with full Sky TV including sports, plus Amazon, Disney and Netflix. The conservatory gives extra space, opening out to a large garden.

About the room, the spare double room comes with a double bed and full furnishings. Bedding and bath towels can be provided, though you’re welcome to use your own. The room has wardrobes, a chest of drawers and side table. The bathroom is shared with me. It has a shower and toilet. There’s plenty of storage space throughout the house. All public shared areas are cleaned by me.

About me, I’m a full-time psychology teacher, usually up early and at the gym before work. Evenings and weekends, I’m sometimes out or just relaxing.
