Single room in cosy cottage

Hi I’m leah 👋🏻
I’m looking to share with a female who is happy to rent a single room in my lush little cottage.

I’m 36 years old and a self employed yoga teacher. I also have a cute cat called Peanut. I’m friendly and sociable but I do have a busy lifestyle so would keep myself to myself from time to time.

Pictures show large kitchen/diner living room and shared bathroom.
Kitchen equip with washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, elec oven, microwave, kettle, pots and pans.
Shared bathroom - combi boiler so no running out of hot water :)

Single bedroom - Single bed and mattress, chest of drawers and side table.

Street parking available and small outdoor patio area with bike shed.
Bills included; broadband, Council tax, water, gas and electricity.

Seeking working professional who preferably doesn’t work from home but open to discuss this ☺️

I am very clean and tidy and I would like to find someone similar who will enjoy sharing my beautiful house and who will maintain similar levels of cleanliness.

I’m happy with short term rentals or those looking for mon-fri.
My cat has lived with a female recently and he got on fine with her but I don’t think a male cat would be good for him 🙈
no smokers, no couples. I am vegetarian but I have no issues with living with non vegetarians.
