I have a room to rent in my lush little cottage.

*The room is currently occupied but she is soon to exchange contracts for her new home so my spare room will be available soon. I expect it to be available January 2027 (possibly earlier). I’m 37 years old and a self employed yoga teacher. I also have a cute cat called Peanut. I’m friendly and sociable but I do have a busy lifestyle so would keep myself to myself from time to time.

Kitchen equip with washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, elec oven, microwave, kettle, pots and pans.
Shared bathroom - combi boiler so no running out of hot water :)

Room furnished including single bed and very comfy mattress, chest of drawers, side table, Habitat hanging clothes rail, side table lamp and a long mirror.

Street parking available and small outdoor patio.
Less than a 2 minute walk to nearest bus stop and less than 5 minute walk to Tesco Superstore. Plus other shops just a short walk up Carlton Hill.

Bills included; broadband, Council tax, water, gas and electricity.

I am very clean and tidy and I would like to find someone similar who will enjoy sharing my beautiful house and who will maintain similar levels of cleanliness.

I am happy with short term rentals or those looking for mon-fri. The rent can be negotiated if staying less nights every week.
