Only 200 metres from Carlton train station, a 6 minute journey from Nottingham, and 100 metres from the nearest bus stop, it is perfectly located for getting in and out of the city with ease.
The rooms are fully furnished including TV, Wi-fi, and a desk, and each room has it's own lock and key.
There is a large shared lounge, with a selection of books and DVD's, and a large well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom has a roll top bath, and separate shower unit.
This is a very large, quiet and respectful household, where my current lodgers very much keep to their own space.

I am a guitar technician and work from home, my partner is currently studying and our 4 year old son attends pre-school at nursery.
