The room is fully furnished including a desk, and has its own lock and key.
The kitchen is well equipped, with all cookware, crockery and cutlery provided.
The bathroom has a roll top bath, and separate shower unit.
The communal areas are deep cleaned on a weekly basis, with each tenant being responsible for one area.
This is a very large, quiet and respectful household, where my current lodgers (aged 51 & 35) are extremely quiet and very much keep to their own space.
I am a guitar technician and work from home.
All bills are covered by the landlord.
