I’m offering a comfortable double bedroom in my home in Carlton, ideal for a female professional looking for a short-term stay of 1–4 months, or someone looking for a Monday–Friday arrangement.

The house is a quiet, cosy and comfortable space, with shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, and downstairs toilet. The living spaces look out onto a lovely garden, with outdoor seating to enjoy when the weather is nice.

I’m still completing a few projects around the house, so it’s a little bit of a work in progress, but these won’t affect your stay or your use of the house.

A little about me - I have a busy job and mainly work from home. I’m friendly and happy to have a chat, but I also enjoy my quiet time and really value privacy and personal space.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going, and who would enjoy living in a comfortable, relaxed home.

The house has free street parking, and the number 43 bus into town is just a 3-minute walk away.
