Self Contained Annex available from November 2026.

This Annex features one bedroom, an open living area with direct access to the front garden and retractable skylight. A modern bathroom with roof shower and kitchen embedded into our spacious living area.

This is a stress free annex with all bills included as well as being fully furnished with a TV in the living area (It can also be unfurnished if you prefer).

This Annex sits within a quiet, safe residential area in the heart of Carlton Nottingham, just a short drive from Mapperly Top and Tesco, as well as just a short walk to the local Co-op, 27 Bus stop and Carlton Forum Leisure Centre and Gym.

This Annex includes parking access within the driveway of the house as well as easy access to our washing machine in the back garden building.

I am your Landlady I am very friendly and welcoming host and will live separately in the main house giving you all the space and privacy you require.
