I have a very clean and tidy home that is very modern recently refurbished in 2023 with a new kitchen and bathroom, new windows and doors and flooring throughout. I have one small dog (Shihpoo) he doesn’t moult and is very well behaved.
I have a professional job and work shifts.
Minimum stay would be three months.
Off road parking on the drive.
Large back garden leading through bi-folding doors on to the decking. Downstairs WC and upstairs bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Air con fitted downstairs. No smoking inside.
Must work (no exceptions) and be clean, tidy and respectable.
