Room for Rent

Room for rent. Recently refurbished our house to a high standard. It’s is very clean, we have one small dog (Shihpoo) he doesn’t moult. The bedroom at the front of the house has a king size bed the room is furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and mirror. Off road parking on the drive but bear in mind we have two cars . Large back garden with walk out bifolding doors leading on to composite decking. Downstairs WC and upstairs shared bathroom with separate shower and bath.
No smoking inside.
Must work and be clean and tidy
We both have professional jobs and work shifts.
