Hello!
I’m looking for an additional lodger to share my home with!
I’m not looking for people to just coexist with, but personalities I will enjoy the company of.
Cultivating a space where we can socialise and relax but also respect each other's privacy, is the goal.
This is a VEGETARIAN/PESC household.
I would say the unique advantage of this house is sharing the space with only 2 other people, while having such large rooms and living spaces.
I want to be flexible and receptive to your needs.
As I will be sharing the spaces with you, it is in my own interest too to be rectifying problems quickly, replacing and upgrading things around the house.
ABOUT YOU:
Ideally you are a young professional like myself, but I will consider mature students as well.
Your dietary tendencies would need to be aligned with the household being vegetarian/pesc. (Obviously veganism is okay too)
ABOUT THE ROOM:
-Double sized bed
-A chest of drawers
-A walk-in wardrobe
-Large mirror
-The doors are fitted with sturdy 6 pin locks with an internal thumb-turn for your own security and safety.
Things I would be comfortable purchasing for the room if wanted by the new tenant (you):
-A Bedside table (+ lamp)
-Desk and chair
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The house has a lot of space.
It currently has a washing machine, 2 fridges. and a dishwasher.
There is a cellar and attic for internal storage if required!
Included in the price:
-Electricity
-Gas
-Council tax
-Water
-Superfast Broadband
Excluded in the price (things not allowed):
-Electric heaters (turning the heating up is fine if needed!!) (The house has an EPC rating of 88 so you should be snug all year round!)
-Crypto mining equipment
-Any similar high powered equipment (PCs are fine as long as they are not being used for similar purposes^)
-No smoking inside
-No flames inside (apart from the log burner inside the living room)
-No subletting (obviously)
The picture of the room obvious has someone’s belongings in them (including the desk and chair) as they are moving out, please see above for what is included in the room and what items I’d be comfortable procuring.
