Beautiful room in Victorian property

About us:

You'll be living with 4 others, 2 x male and 2 x females. We are a mixture of young professionals looking for new housemates to join our friendly and relaxed shared house. We each have our own social circles, but open to spending time together occasionally at the weekends or in the evenings. We would like to find someone who is not only looking for a place to live, but a friendly group of people to live with. Due to the nature of our contract, we share responsibilities to keep the house in shape. So someone cooperative and willing to occasionally muck in is essential! We're also on a quiet street with nice neighbours and a short walk or bus ride to city centre or sherwood.

We're looking for the right people to move in and make a contribution to our group and our home, not just someone who can fill a room and pay rent, we do generally also like the idea of someone being a considerate meat eater but not completely strict about that.

The room is carpeted, very warm and cosy with a small built in wardrobe. It looks over onto a leafy allotment and several big trees. The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers and a side table. The room is £585 pm.

The house is big and Victorian and a little rough around the edges. We have a nice big back garden for summer barbecues and winter fires, a veg patch, a garage for storing bikes and camping gear, a cellar for general storage, big spacious kitchen-living area, a wood-burner, broadband, and loads of other nice features. We have a good relationship with our Landlady. There's free street parking outside the house, with plenty of space.

There are 2 shared bathrooms, one with a lovely roll top bath and the other with a rain shower.

Must be okay with the possibility of a dog.
