I’m delighted to offer a bright and spacious double bedroom in my home in Eastwood — a comfortable, well‑kept space in a great location.

The house is just a short walk from Eastwood High Street and Langley Mill village. Bus routes to Nottingham run from the main road nearby, and Langley Mill train station provides convenient links to Nottingham, Sheffield, and Leeds.

The property has three bedrooms: I use the en‑suite, the second is for occasional guests, and the third is now available to rent. The living room features a cosy fireplace and smart TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a generous chill‑out area and another smart TV. There’s also a lovely rear garden with a patio perfect for relaxing in the sun.

You’d also be sharing the home with Cheeks, my friendly Lhasa Apso puppy — he’s small, affectionate, and brings a lovely bit of character to the house.
