Sunny double bedroom in peaceful period property

Welcome to my home. I live on a quiet avenue on the border of Carlton and Gedling.
Deceptively spacious for a two bed, the room for rent is a small double which has been refurbished for rent.
The room is South East facing, overlooking the beautiful garden.
The garden is not overlooked and has various entertaining spaces including large entertaining patio, established planting, a covered hammock area and fire pit. I would encourage anyone who likes to use a garden to have a look.
The kitchen is small but well appointed with quality appliances and has underfloor heating (a huge plus in winter!).
I do share my home with my cat, Lily, please bear this is mind as she is definitely staying!
I work as a gardener so am mostly out during the day, but can come back at intervals.
I love cooking so am happy to share meals if appropriate.
The main rooms are a lounge with TV and a front room with fireplace, table and chairs for eating or working.
Communication links are fantastic. Buses at the end of the road go to Nottingham, Southwell, Arnold, retail park, and beyond. Easy links to the tram system. Carlton station is a 5 minute walk and gives you access to Nottingham in six minutes. There are also direct trains to Newark and Lincoln and beyond.
