Large, Ensuite Room

Very large, double ensuite room on the middle floor (no one else on the middle floor).
Room has massive built in wardrobes with TV, desk & chair.
Ensuite is modern, with large shower and wall width mirror.
The estate is very quiet, and only a mile away from the nearest tram stop.
We're a very friendly house, and having both (my fiancé and I) rented rooms or lived in house shares before, we can share horror stories about nightmare landlords/housemates!!
We have one tenant with us already.
Superfast internet.
We have a 5 year old German Shepherd, so you'll fit in if you love snuggles and a good head scratch.
We're very relaxed, and leave our tenants to themselves. Your door has a lock, and we will never come into your room without express permission (we don't do monthly or random checks etc). We're not going to be sending passive aggressive texts if you've left pots on the side overnight! Guests are welcome, and couples will be considered.
We have a separate lounge and current tenant rarely uses it, so it will basically be your own (if you don't count the sleeping dog!)
Washer, dryer, air fryer, living room with log burner, nice garden with decking and seating.
