Professional post graduate shared housing

There are two newly furnished double rooms available for rent in an 5 bedroom house currently owned by my partner (Male, 25) and I (Female, 24). In this property, there is an open plan kitchen, living room, garden and home gym. There are three bathrooms, the main bathroom and downstairs shower room will only be for those renting. My partner and I share the master bedroom with an en-suite at the far end of the house.

A bit about ourselves, we are laid back and sociable. In terms of jobs, both my partner and I work full time and are also pursuing postgraduate qualifications, so are quite busy during the day. My partner frequently travels for work for days at a time.

What we are seeking, we are very flexible and only ask that renters are respectful and help to maintain a clean and nice home environment.

It is based in Keyworth. There is a high street with local shops, restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. An ideal location for post graduate students or professionals as Nottingham city centre, Loughborough, and QMC Hospital are approx 25 minute drive from the house. There is also a bus that takes directly to Nottingham city centre via the train station which comes every 15 minutes.
